Outdoor Group Fitness

I offer group outdoor fitness sessions at the Elmbridge Canoe Club, Weybridge, with a great outdoor space, and indoor studio, toilet facilities and parking.

With all levels of fitness, goals and ability we bring a whole range of workouts complemented with great conversation, advice and general life support whilst we exercise together for an hour three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8.45 to 9.45am.

Personal Training

Experience the difference a tailored programme can make with one-to-one training either at my fully-equipped studio or your preferred location.

Let me work in partnership with you to help understand your goals, whether this be weight loss, muscle gain, improvement of cardiovascular health, or a fitness milestone.

We can work together to design a fitness plan that meets your lifestyle and fitness needs and I will motivate you to achieve the progress you desire.

Teen Fitness

One of the key aspects of fitness I am particularly inspired by is working with the next generation, school-age children and especially Teenagers 11-18.

I believe it is fundamental that young people learn the basic exercise skills and techniques properly from an early age and be actively encouraged to enjoy regular exercise in fun-based sessions, providing a foundation for future success. My sessions also focus on their sporting pursuits such as football, rugby, hockey, netball and cricket.
