The Studio
In my home gym, I’ve created a versatile studio catering for all fitness needs. It features a range of dumbbells from 3kg to 30kg, along with an assortment of fitness tools like medicine and slam balls, kettlebells, power bags, an Olympic bar, and a Hex bar to cater to your strength, cardio and core needs. I incorporate bodyweight exercises using TRX and resistance bands, while also incorporating cardio through spinning and treadmill sessions for a well-rounded fitness routine. And for an unbeatable cardio workout, I turn to boxing!
