Hi, I'm Tanya
I have spent the last 20 years dedicating my career to helping others meet their fitness and health goals through group bootcamps and personalised 1:1 training. I am a firm believer that the key to success is:

I completely understand that it is not always simple and easy to get fit and maintain fitness levels, but I pride myself in making my clients feel as comfortable as possible by working in tandem with them to set great goals with real expectations. It’s the personal approach and taking the time to get to know each of my clients that helps me tap into the approach that will work for them as an individual, and work with their lifestyle, often finding muscles clients never even knew they had!
